Dr. Sikka's Departure

Dear Patient,

This letter is to inform you that Dr. Sikka will be leaving the practice on January 28, 2022. He has decided to take on a new challenge and we wish him the very best in this endeavor. You can find more information about Dr. Sikka at usallrgyandasthma.com or at he's new location: 8000 Eldorado Pkwy, Building C, Suite C, McKinney, TX 75070.

North Texas Allergy & Asthma Associates is committed to your health. Care and treatment that was provided by Dr. Sikka in the past will continue to be available to you at any of our current locations with any of our other well qualified physicians. We are happy to announce that we are moving our Plano office to a new larger suite in May 2022 and we're also planning to add 2 more providers in the next 6 months.

Your medical records will remain with North Texas Allergy & Asthma Associates but if you wish to obtain your medical records, please go to the Resource tab ---> Patient Forms and complete the medical release form and return it to our office.
